Clima Motivacional de la Clase: ¿Perciben lo Mismo Diferentes Actores?
Abstract
El clima motivacional de clase orientado al aprendizaje, se caracteriza por formas de actuación del profesor que buscan y promueven la mejora y el dominio de las habilidades para aprender de los alumnos. De este modo, cabe preguntarse si estudiantes y profesores lo configuran de la misma manera. Se adaptó el CMCQ y se administró a 155 profesores voluntarios de escuelas secundarias de Arica e Iquique (Chile), para su validación con técnicas de análisis factorial confirmatorio. El instrumento fue luego administrado aun segundo grupo de 22 profesores, a cuyos estudiantes se administró el CMCQ. Estos resultados fueron luego analizados con técnicas correlacionales no paramétricas. La adaptación del CMCQ para ser usada como auto-reporte por los profesores resulta confiable, pero no con la estructura inicialmente validada en estudiantes. Esto implica que las puntuaciones globales no pueden ser comparadas entre estudiantes y profesores, pues representan visiones distintas aunque resulten del mismo conjunto de ítems.
